Core Focus: Higher education assessment, focusing on feedback, specifically second language student feedback literacy, teacher feedback literacy, and feedback culture within Sino-foreign higher education contexts.
Key Projects: Investigation of Sino-foreign higher education EAP feedback culture, Led dialogic feedback implementation and collaborative research projects at DKU and Duke.
Interdisciplinary: Core member of DKU’s Institute of Global Higher Education (IGHE) Pedagogical Research and Practice Lab, led an interdisciplinary teaching cohort on community-based teaching at DKU, member of a Jiangsu Education Department funded community-based teaching research project.
